Reservations
Submission of a reservation request constitutes an offer to rent only.
A reservation becomes confirmed only when:
- The owner approves the reservation.
- Payment is received.
- A rental agreement is executed when required.
The owner reserves the right to decline any reservation request.
Payment
Payment instructions will be provided after reservation approval.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Venmo
- Check
- Cash (when applicable)
Full payment, including any security deposit, may be required prior to check-in.
Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required to cover damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items.
Deposits are typically refunded within 7–14 days after checkout, less any applicable deductions.
Property Rules
Guests agree to follow all property rules including but not limited to:
- Primary renter must be 25 years or older
- Maximum 3 vehicles
- No boats, trailers, or RVs
- Respect quiet hours
- No unauthorized parties or events
Violation of property rules may result in termination of the reservation.
Liability
The owner is not responsible for:
- Personal injury
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Circumstances outside the owner’s control including weather or travel disruptions
Guests assume responsibility for their actions during the stay.
